We aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours and use Royal Mail 2nd class as our Delivery Carrier. Delivery typically takes 4-5 days from receipt of order.

We charge a flat rate of £3.50 for all orders irrespective of weight with the exception of our sample service and orders over £50 in value, which are delivered free of charge.

All items are packed securely.

Should a parcel be returned to us as a result of several failed delivery attempts, any cost to dispatch again is the customer’s responsibility. Instructions to leave a parcel in a safe place is at the the customer’s own risk.

Express Delivery can be requested at an additional cost.

Getting our candles safely delivered to you is paramount and we ensure all products are securely wrapped prior to handing over to our Courier.
